A campaign to get Britain to wake up to a better, healthier breakfast kicks off with a fun-filled Better Breakfast Week of educational events and activities, special promotions and competitions from 24 to 30 September 2012.
Top tips on healthy eating, the latest research on breakfast habits, and delicious new recipes will all be unveiled during the Better Breakfast Week.
Other highlights include: demos by the Better Breakfast chefs showing how quick and easy it is to whip up some nutritious morning treats, special breakfast promotions in restaurants, competitions to win hampers filled with yummy brekkie goodies, and online advice on what makes a healthy breakfast.
Co-ordinated by PhytoTrade Africa, an organisation that represents producers of the superfood Baobab, the campaign is being supported by a wide range of partners from the hospitality, food and drink sectors.
