New Forest Ice Cream stand is launching a Bubble Gum HighBall ice cream at the Food & Drink Expo, 25-27 March 2012 at the NEC, Birmingham.
It follows the success of its Bubble Gum ice cream, launched last year, and uses the same flavoured ice cream but with the added selling point of a ball of gum at the bottom of the container.
According to the company, the new Bubble Gum product has been developed in-house to exacting standards with every ingredient chosen to get the best flavour.
The HighBall packaging and point of sale features Jack the Bubble Gum Kid, who first came to prominence on the ice cream of the same name, and is likely to be a hit with both children and adults alike, said New Forest.
In addition to the launch of the new line, the New Forest stand will showcase the range of real dairy ice cream made using the milk from Channel Island cows and thick double cream. With over 18 flavours, the range is perfect for serving in cones or back of house as the basis for ice cream desserts and sundaes, said the company.
