OneView Commerce, a retail industry’s leader in digital transformation in the store, has announced the launch of two new ground-breaking, cloud-based solutions in support of omni-channel retailers – the OneView Inventory Management module and the OneView Promotions Engine for its Digital Store Platform. Both solutions have been launched at the annual National Retail Federation (NRF) BIG Show, held 17-20 January in New York City.
OneView’s new Inventory Management module optimizes order fulfillment with real-time inventory visibility across the complex omnichannel supply chain. Available either in a SaaS or on-premises model, OneView’s Inventory Management solution takes live feeds of real-time buys and sells via its service layer, allowing any application to access and update an inventory status. This highly configurable solution is designed to work with OneView’s suite of products and any e-Commerce platform. It can also run standalone for retailers who need an enterprise view of inventory but still need to support legacy applications in store.
The solution specifically addresses the global omnichannel challenges of retailers with corporate-owned and franchised stores. In essence, it transforms each store into a warehouse that enables the fastest, most efficient movement of products among stores and distribution centres, providing customers with convenient options for receiving products and retailers the ability to protect margins by optimizing inventory.
OneView have also today launched their new Promotions Engine. The cloud-based solution provides a centralized promotions engine which operates across online, voice, store or any combination to provide to ensure a consistent omnichannel customer experience.
