Online jewellery brand, Gemporia.com, launches in France and Germany

Online jewellery brand, Gemporia.com, owned by The Genuine Gemstone Company, has expanded its business into northern Europe by launching its site in France and Germany.

The online retailer, which specialises in stylish, affordable and responsibly sourced genuine gemstone jewellery, has decided to completely overhaul the Gemporia.com website as a result of this new venture.

The Gemporia website will now offer a full human translation page, rather than just Google translate to capture the look and feel of the Gemporia brand. This is a first for the company which, despite shipping worldwide, has previously handled all customers on its UK website.

The company will integrate otsrange down Google Shopping Channels as well as developing a presence on social channels which will further reinforce their understanding of customer demand in these terrorities.

Steve Bennett, co-founder of The Genuine Gemstone Company, said its decision to expand into these countries was “a natural step for the company”.

“Our French and German customer base is expanding and we wanted to provide a better user experience as we continue to grow in the European market.”

Bennett, however, emphasised that while this is a milestone for the brand the firm will continue to function in much the same way and the ease of buying will not be altered. Gemporia’s products and values will still maintain the same quality as ever.

“While our full range is not yet available on our French and German sites, we have tailored our stock to compliment current trends in each country. As ever, Gemporia values our customers’ opinion above everything and absolutely listens to what they want.

“We feel that the company is in a real position of strength and is more than prepared to compete in the growing European market for gemstones. We continue to use the finest gemstones in our jewellery and we are confident that the demand for our unique pieces will increase as our international presence develops.”
