Organix Brands, a leading purpose-driven children’s food brand, has announced the appointment of Mark Golder as managing director.
Golder joins the brand following a 25-year career working with some of the UK and globe’s most loved FMCG brands. Most recently Mark was the Managing Director for UK & Europe at Quest Nutrition, one of the fastest growing brands in this sector in the world, where he established and led the European business.
Having graduated with a degree in Food Science from the University of Leeds, his career has always had nutrition and food at its core. Golder’s first role was as a food technologist at M&S before moving into buying; here, he established a real understanding of the importance of and passion for the provenance of ingredients and the consequential impact on quality, innovation, and nutrition. The marrying of this knowledge and his experience in innovation led to other senior roles which included 10 years at PepsiCo, during which time he worked as commercialisation director ~ Snacks (Europe), delivering the pan-European product innovation agenda. He also spent two years as sales director for Pukka Herbs, delivering substantial revenue growth in the UK, and overseas.

Golder takes over from Philipp Von Jagow who has returned to the Hero Group as vice president of Natural Spreads.
