The award-winning baby and toddler snack producer Organix is gearing up for big changes to its 2022 product line-up by poaching more talent for its top team.
The Bournemouth-based company, which has achieved prominence in the supermarket aisle with its ‘No Junk Promise’, is keeping its plans to expand its best-selling range under wraps, but has bolstered its sales, marketing and innovation firepower.
With 25 years in strategic marketing, innovation and commercial management, former Divine Chocolate Marketing Director Mandy Bobrowski is well positioned to lead the marketing agenda through this transformational period.
“My passion for Marketing comes from the belief that it is an area that can create the biggest change. And with all that’s planned for Organix in 2022, it feels like a really exciting time to be joining the brand. I’m ready to push boundaries and see where it takes us,” she admits.
Bobrowski has extensive experience of portfolio management. Charged with building what was a non-existent savoury snacking sector as UK and IRE Marketing Director at Burton’s Biscuit Company, in just two years, she was able to create a £20 million savoury portfolio.
Sales Director Matt Goddard is Organix second high level hire, and joins the team from PepsiCo bringing 19 years of experience, leading business operations in both SME and blue chip organisations.
A parent himself, he has seen firsthand the challenges that all parents face when shopping to find foods that are genuinely healthy choices for their children.
“Food manufacturers have the ability to help parents access a better quality of food. There is so much we can do to enable them to access it more widely; from helping new parents navigate a complex supermarket aisle, or opening new opportunities on-the-go to feed young people – there are many opportunities to feed our youngsters organic and healthy food,” he confirms.
Organix managing director Mark Golder is enthusiastic about the experience and potential that Bobrowski and Goddard will bring.
“I am delighted to welcome Matt & Mandy to Organix, to spearhead our plans to accelerate growth in the category, and to continue to support parents in their journey of nurturing happy, healthy kids” he explains. “Organix is already delivering strong growth* YOY in the category, and with the expertise that Matt and Mandy will add to our already strong senior leadership team, I am enthusiastic about our ambitious plans to transform the category in 2022 and beyond.
