Renshaw, the UK’s leading manufacturer of cake coverings, fillings and toppings, has extended its professional product offer with four new ranges.

Targeted at cake manufacturers, high street bakers and retailers plus specialist sugarcraft stores, the range has been designed in response to customer demand and emerging baking trends, said the company.

The new products comprise:

Renshaw Fruitilicious Fondants – fruity fondant icing containing real fruit concentrates and available in lemon, raspberry, blackcurrant and tropical flavours. Pack size: 1 x 5kg pail

Renshaw Professional Snip and Swirl – a ready-filled piping bag that avoids the hassle involved in filling and washing a standard piping bag. Available in strawberry, chocolate and vanilla flavours. Pack size: 900g (approximately 24 cupcakes), case size: 8

Renshaw Professional Simplymelt – a premium quick and convenient coating with natural colours and in three flavours, strawberry, toffee and yogurt. Pack size: 3kg, case size: 4

Renshaw Professional Regalice – the long-established popular sugarpaste range is now relaunched in new packaging and on-trend colours. New colours include, fuschia pink, duck egg blue, jade green, grey, white chocolate flavour, pastel yellow and pastel green. Colours will vary to reflect seasons with popular colours becoming part of the range.

Pack size: all 8 x 250g except pastel yellow and green (6 x 500g)

The range is available from major bakery wholesalers including Bako and BFP.
