Samsung Electronics UK has unveiled exclusively designed notebooks today to coincide with the opening of Lily Allen and Sarah Owen’s new vintage shop, Lucy in Disguise. The SF310 notebooks, which feature in the store, boast a bespoke Lucy in Disguise design and will be displayed at the new Covent Garden store for shoppers to browse its web site.

The brainchild of Lily and her sister Sarah, Lucy in Disguise is about a fashion-savvy fictional character called Lucy who has travelled the world through the decades from the 1920s through to the 1990s. Visitors to the store will be able to delve into ‘Lucy’s’ wardrobe and hire or purchase clothing from her collection of vintage clothes, jewellery, bags and shoes including labels like Chanel, Bill Gibb, Biba and Ossie Clark. Lucy in Disguise branded products, such as t-shirts, candles and screen prints will also be available to purchase.

Allen said, “I’m so excited now the store is up and running and we made some great sales on the first day. We’ve sourced some amazing pieces from all over the world, ensuring our customers have the best choice of vintage around. These notebooks look great and really complement the Lucy in Disguise concept. I can’t wait to get my hands on one.”

Darren Matthews, general manager of Samsung’s Note PC Division, said “The SF310 is elegantly crafted to satisfy the needs of the style and fashion conscious consumer. The unique concept of the Lucy in Disguise store is a great fit for this stylish notebook and the designs are sure to catch the eye of the store’s fashion orientated customers.”
