Savse Smoothies launches in over 400 Asda stores

Savse, the award winning cold-pressed smoothie brand, has added supermarket Asda to its rapidly expanding list of stockists.

Asda is the second major supermarket to list Savse, which has enjoyed a hugely successful growth period and truly shaken up the market since launching just two years ago.

Filtering into stores from 27 February, the brand’s full five SKUs (Super Green, Super Blue, Super Red, Super Orange and Super Purple) will be available across 423 stores nationwide with an RRP of £2.08.

Guka Tavberidze, founder of Savse, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to announce Asda as our newest supermarket stockist. With Waitrose, Ocado and Boots all added within the last twelve months, we’ve clearly demonstrated the ambition we have to grow our brand, and we have no intention of slowing down anytime soon. Our growth is matched by increasing demand from customers for genuinely healthy products. We know Asda’s consumer base is largely Mums and the move will allow us to grow our audience in this sector.

‘Made using 100% natural ingredients and preserved through HPP (High Pressure Processing), and with each flavour containing two of your five a day, our products satisfy a demand with consumers nationwide. We’re making great strides in ensuring wherever you live, you’re never too far from a Savse fix as we believe healthy options should be easily accessible to everyone, and not just the few. We ended 2014 with a bang following the unveiling of our new bottle design and are delighted to kick start 2015 with this announcement.”

Savse has been investing in its packaging and marketing and, in December 2014, unveiled a sleeker, more stylish packaging and logo design, in order to more clearly reflect the brand’s premium credentials and personality. The brand refresh was supported with PR, digital and partnership activities.

Asdajoins Savse’s existing list of stockists, which includes: Waitrose, Boots, Ocado, Harrods, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols, Planet Organic and Wholefoods.
