Selligent announces double-digit headcount growth in UK


Selligent, the world’s leading independent provider of one to one engagement solutions for relationship marketers,  has announced a double-digit expansion of its UK team to support its strong growth in recent months.

In a key strategic appointment, Selligent has brought industry veteran Roy Jugessur into the company as vice president of UK and Northern Europe. Armed with a track record of delivering accelerated expansion to fast-growth companies in the digital marketing space, including Experian Marketing Services Group, Bazaarvoice and Shoutlet, Jugessur will focus on strategic growth in both the UK and Northern Europe.

In a second strategic hire, Selligent has appointed Christopher Baldwin as head of UK marketing. Baldwin brings a wealth of experience from blue chip organisations such as Adobe and Bazaarvoice and will lead tactical and strategic activity to further increase Selligent’s brand awareness in the region.

Selligent’s UK office has also considerably increased headcount in sales and services functions to manage relationships with its increasing number of clients.

Selligent’s relationship marketing solutions enable B2C brands to engage customers with contextually relevant messages at key moments across a range of channels, including email, mobile, social, web, and offline. Selligent works with 700 brands in 30 countries worldwide, employing 500 people across 10 offices around the globe.
