ShopperTrak Corporation, a leading provider of retail and mall foot-traffic counting services, has appointed Todd Starcevich as CEO of its European operations.
Starcevich previously held the position of COO at the company’s Chicago headquarters.
ShopperTrak said Starcevich will lead the company’s expansion into European markets following the acquisition of UK-based RCT Analytics in 2011.
ShopperTrak already works with nearly 500 retailers and shopping centres and monitors over 40,000 locations worldwide, counting billions of shopper visits annually, the company said.
ShopperTrak technology enables retailers to calculate sales opportunities and conversion rates; compare store performance locally, regionally or nationally; determine marketing campaign effectiveness and improve labour scheduling.
Starcevich joined ShopperTrak in 2006 and worked in project management and implementation roles before being appointed COO.
