The UK’s favourite porky snack maker, Snaffling Pig, is making its chilled snacks debut with the launch of its new Snaffle Bites. Authentically and delicately cured Spanish chorizo nuggets, Snaffle Bites sees the award-winning brand strengthen its position in the snacks market, with the exciting new grab-and-go product.
Snaffling Pig has partnered with a local artisanal supplier to create the new Snaffle Bites, which launch in Tesco w/c 15th November. RRP for the 40g packs is £2.
The brand extension builds on Snaffling Pig’s ongoing new product innovation; in the UK, the chilled food market is valued at £13.48 bn – a figure that’s growing. Earlier this year, the Berkshire based brand launched their award-winning Chorizo Bites, as it continues to focus on provenance, premium ingredients and heritage, combined with its trademark range of bold and distinct formats and flavours.
Snaffling Pig co-founder, Udhi Silva, comments, “Developing versatility in our products is something we’ve been exploring for a while. Product diversification continues to drive brand awareness for Snaffling Pig, which has seen YOY growth of 25%, through its core retail, gifting and on-trade channels.
