Spar RAF Northolt launches loyalty card developed by Force’s catering supplier

New loyalty scheme for Spar RAF Northolt

New loyalty scheme for Spar RAF Northolt

The Spar store at RAF Northolt has become part of an ISS-developed loyalty scheme.

Since 5 February 2013 customers visiting the store have been able to pick up a loyalty card from the till point, which allows them to collect three points for every £1 spent.

Once customers have picked up their card they can start earning points straight away, but they cannot redeem points against purchases until the card has been registered online.

Wing Commander Leeming and the site’s general manager Kev Carney were the first people to pick up the highly-anticipated cards, which are already rolled out across various other RAF sites.

Leeming said: “We are delighted to see the ISS loyalty card arrive at RAF Northolt. Having heard great things about the new service from other stations, we welcome the obvious value that ISS are investing in their customers by rewarding them within their outlets, similar to retailer loyalty cards.”

The loyalty card is also accepted in other outlets on the site, allowing customers to earn points from many different purchases.
