Strand Marketing Group acquires retail loyalty and CRM firm

Strand Marketing Group, the marketing services group, has acquired the remaining shares (47.5%) of Visible Results UK, the retail loyalty and CRM specialists. The new company will be known as Strand Loyalty.

Visible Results UK was established in 2004 as a joint venture with Visible Results and is known for designing, structuring, deploying and managing CRM and loyalty programmes for retailers. Clients include Game, RoadChef, Body Shop, TopShop and ChemMart.

Johnny Morris, managing director of Strand Marketing Group, said: “Since setting up Visible Results in the UK, the original Graphicard system has proved very popular and has established us as loyalty experts. I am frequently asked to help companies with their loyalty and CRM needs and it’s important to be able to offer the best solution for their particular requirements.

“With the acquisition of the remainder of Visible Results in the UK, we are now in a position to broaden its offerings but also to offer solutions for specific niches such as luxury and speciality retail chains as well as data-rich service providers.“
