xSellco, a leading e-commerce software provider, is making its eDesk solution completely free for new customers for the next six months, in order to help struggling store owners respond to an increase in customer support demands relating to supply chain, fulfilment processes and delivery timings driven by the COVID19 crisis. It supports more than 30 marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, Allegro, WooCommerce, Shopify, and Magento and is used by online sellers all around the world.

With high street stores forced to shut, many are scrambling to take their businesses online. eDesk is a cloud-based help desk solution for eCommerce that integrates individual online stores, email platforms, social media channels and all major marketplaces, into one AI-powered platform.

xSellco CEO, Alex Payne, spoke of the reasoning behind the initiative: “We are living in a time of unprecedented change. Profound social and economic changes are unfolding as the world endeavours to tackle COVID-19. Alongside extensive new supports for our existing customers, we are rolling out this initiative because we genuinely believe it’s the right thing to do for small and large businesses alike as they struggle to activate online channels.

We’re not a huge company and so it wasn’t a decision we took lightly. However, everyone on the team wanted to make this a reality. If we can help businesses get through the next few months, at least until the high street is back on track, we will have made a real difference to people’s livelihoods.”

The six-month offer will be available to all new customers until the end of September. xSellco confirmed that there would be no credit card requirements, no commitments and no obligation for new customers to continue using eDesk once the offer ended. Alongside the eDesk aid initiative, xSellco has rolled out an extensive package of support for existing customers including additional free licences, extra tutorials, webinars, extended access and premium upgrades.

eDesk allows online sellers to manage orders and customer support queries from their webstore, social media channels, email account, and online marketplaces such as Amazon from one location. For more information visit try.edesk.com/free-until-september.
