Subway unveils new customer feedback feature

Subway has unveiled a smart new feature on their Subcard app that enables registered customers to easily give their feedback, so they can get more of what they want from Subway.

To access, download the Subcard app and register. Open the app, look at the side menu on the left hand side and tap on the ‘Subway Listens’ tab. Subcard users will then be invited to take part in a survey to leave their feedback about their recent visit to a Subway store. Customers simply have to take the survey within 5 days of purchase and reference information from their store receipt.

By taking the one minute survey, customers will be helping Subway to improve their experience for the next time they visit.  As an added bonus for taking part they will be rewarded with a sweet offer, so customers can get more of what they want, every time.

The new feature is available now in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Finland, Sweden and The Netherlands.
