Superdrug to freeze prices on over 100 essential items to help consumers through the cost of living crisis

Superdrug today announces that the leading health and beauty retailer is freezing the prices of over one hundred everyday essential products across personal care, beauty and healthcare to help customers with the current cost of living crisis. Superdrug has committed to freezing these prices for at least one year in order to give customers peace of mind that prices won’t increase, when inflation is already at its highest since 2011.

Jamie Archer, own brand director at Superdrug, said: “As a retailer we have always had accessibility and value at the heart of what we do. It is really important to us that we support our customers as much as we can throughout the cost-of-living crisis, so we have taken the decision to freeze prices on over one hundred everyday health and beauty essentials.

We’ve selected a range of customer favourites, along with everyday essentials to include in the price freeze to ensure that our shoppers can benefit from our prices and quality across the must-have aspects of their lives. With categories from oral health to period products and hair-care all being price frozen, we hope this enables our customers to continue to take care of themselves to a standard that they are used to.”

Superdrug’s price freeze commitment will run alongside other great offers that are already in place, to offer customers the best value on the high-street such as Superdrug’s Star Buys which are weekly market-leading prices on selected products available to all customers.  Superdrug’s Health & Beautycard members also have access to exclusive offers and deals such as members-only pricing and Treat Thursday exclusive offers. Superdrug is working hard to offer their customers value and quality across products.

Superdrug also remain committed to their 100% happiness guarantee, whereby if customers are not 100% happy with their Superdrug Own Brand product they will refund a customer’s money, along with a 25% discount off their next own brand purchase.
