New on-pack promotion to themed to World Cup

Taste Inc. the range of premium microwavable burgers, subs and sandwiches from CP Foods UK, this week unveils its new on-pack promotion, which will see the brand give away £10,000 worth of prizes all of which are football related to coincide with a summer of sport.

With the launch of the  limited edition ‘The Streaker’ – a double cheese burger with a streaky bacon topper, hitting the shelves in Morrisons next week, Taste Inc. said it will be pushing out the boat in terms of  marketing and PR for the coming 3 months.  To date the company has invested £1.2m so far in its marketing strategy, which has been well received.

The peel and reveal labels will be on selected Taste Inc. packs from 19 May–31 July 2014, offering consumers the chance of winning prizes including a 51in 3D, smart TV or a American style fridge freezer. Along with this, the brand has also launched its first TV on demand adverts and is hosting the first ever ‘UK National Streaking Competition’. The free competition is open to the public, who can register via the Taste Inc. website, with the event itself taking place on 31 May at the Ricoh Arena.

The limited edition The Streaker Burger is available from 19 May 2014 at Morrisons with a RRP of £2.20.
