Technology and consulting firm, Infosys, has launched the Digital Innovation Award 2013 in partnership with IGD, a not for profit organisation with over 750 Retail and CPG members from around the world.
A judging panel with representatives from Unilever, Asda, IGD and Infosys, will award the retail or consumer goods company that has demonstrated innovation and creativity in digital consumer engagements.
The Infosys Digital Innovation Award will recognise organisations that have recently delivered substantial benefits to consumers. This may have been through e-commerce, m-commerce, marketing, in-store or in-home campaigns.
“We want to celebrate organisations using digital technology to push the boundaries of consumer engagement. We’ll be on the hunt for companies that have undertaken real digital innovation and can clearly demonstrate its enduring impact,” said Peter Sieyes, associate vice president and head, consumer marketing and innovation services, retail, consumer packaged and logistics at Infosys.
Submissions are currently open and close on 31 May 2013, with the ceremony taking place at the Park Plaza Hotel in London on 8 October 2013.
