The North Face unveils limited edition t-shirts crafted from single-use plastic collected in the Alps

The North Face brings a new collection straight from the heart of the Mountains. Bottle Source has been produced from 18,000kgs of plastic bottles collected from waste streams in the Alps.

The limited edition Recover Tee embodies the ethos of the brand, enabling exploration through safeguarding our epic wilderness.

The collection also aims to raise awareness for the volume of rubbish left on the mountains and hopes to help limit the damage caused in the future.

Available in either short or long sleeve, the unisex piece take inspiration from the heritage logo, the classic white t-shirts are available with either the blue, pink or green San Francisco original.

With each item created, The North Face will also be donating 1 Euro to the Summit Foundation. This foundation supports the clean-up programs in the Alps and helps to protect wild places, ensuring that the mountains remain a great place to explore.

Each year, the Summit Foundation aim to reduce the environmental impact of human activity in high traffic locations by proposing concrete solutions and awareness-raising methods, both to public bodies and to companies.
