The Perfume Shop named Online Retailer of the Year in the Fragrance Foundation Awards

The Perfume Shop is delighted to announce its victory at last night’s 30th anniversary Fragrance Foundation Awards, after taking home the top award, ‘Online Retailer of the Year’, for the fourth year in a row.

In a double celebration in what is also the brand’s 30th birthday year, Kathryn Robinson of the Crawley store also took home the Consultant of the Year Award, after scoring 99% in the Fragrance Foundation Specialist Exam and a superb 100% in the Honours Exam.

The prestigious accolade recognises The Perfume Shop’s industry-leading knowledge and services and highlights the retailer’s genuine passion for delighting customers with expert perfume knowledge, whilst ensuring the highest customer service standards.

The Fragrance Foundation is a non-profit making educational organisation setting standards of excellence for the fragrance industry in the UK. The Perfume Shop has also previously won Retailer of the Year in 2017 and 2018.

Established in 1992, the Awards recognise excellence within the fragrance arena from packaging and advertising to the best new fragrance.
