The Perfume Shop temporarily suspends online deliveries

The Perfume Shop has temporarily suspended fulfilment of website orders so its warehouse team can follow Government advice to stay at home.

Gill Smith, The Perfume Shop managing director, said: “Like everyone we are following Government guidelines closely and feel we need to put our colleagues, and their families, first and this means pausing delivery of online orders for the moment.

“In these uncertain times we remain positive and stand beside our people, loyal customers and community as we all work together to fight the spread of COVID-19.”

The Perfume Shop is keeping in close contact with its 1,875 colleagues who will, as part of the AS Watson Group, be supported by the Group’s financial package for colleagues.

Customers will still be able to visit www.theperfumeshop.com to browse the range, be inspired with hints, tips and wellbeing advice and live video with one of our colleagues for fun and friendly perfume advice, fragrance consultations and even a little chat from the comfort of their homes to our own.
