Tryzens, a leading e-commerce Systems Integrator, has been awarded the contract to develop a pre-built integration, or ‘cartridge’ for Eagle Eye, the leading SaaS technology company that allows businesses to create a real-time connection with their customers. Through investment into the cartridge with Tryzens, Eagle Eye will be able to deliver retailers, on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform, the capability to issue and redeem digital promotions and digital or plastic gift cards in real-time through their e-commerce sites, enabling customers to buy and redeem across any channel, creating improved flexibility and convenience.
As consumers become increasingly digitally savvy and used to instant gratification it’s never been more important to offer customers value and convenience. This new integration will replace a bespoke and lengthy integration process to each retailer which not only reduces time to market and costs for retailers but also enables a more streamlined redemption process for their customers.
Greg Straw, partner manager at Tryzens, said: “Digital promotions are not new to the e-commerce world; however, all other solution options have lengthy integration times. Eagle Eye are making a critical ‘first move’, by being the only UK brand in this space to develop a cartridge into the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform. Not only have Eagle Eye realised that there is an excellent opportunity for competitive advantage by moving quickly, but by delivering this solution the barriers to entry are reduced which stays true to their mission of connecting businesses to their consumers in real time. Pre-built integrations (cartridges) save so much time for retailers that the usual hurdle virtually disappears for those adopting their solution.”
Helen Slaven, chief sales officer at Eagle Eye, said: “The consumer should be at the heart of every business and with this integration retailers will be able to service their customers much more quickly and efficiently, delivering them coupons in real-time for instant redemption. We are pleased to be working with Tryzens and Salesforce on this new project with pre-built integrations becoming more and more important in the eCommerce space.”
