US snack bar brand, KIND, launches ‘better-for-you’ snacking range in UK



KIND Snacks claims it is set to reinvent better-for-you snacking as it prepares to launch in the UK. One of the US’ most beloved snack bar ranges, KIND is sure to become the snacking go-to for Brits when its tasty and nutritious bars land in Tesco stores nationwide on 12 October.

KIND bars are made, quite simply, from whole nuts and fruits, bound together in honey. Not only do their flavour combinations taste great, they’re also gluten-free, high in fibre, and contain no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives, the company reports.

The UK’s first bite of KIND will be two popular ranges – KIND Fruit & Nut and KIND Nuts & Spices – with the Nuts & Spices range containing an average of 40% less sugar (per 100g) compared to similar snack bars, that’s about one teaspoon of sugar per bar.

“KIND is exactly what we Brits have been missing – the range’s unique flavour combinations set it apart from anything we are used to snacking on. The bars are perfectly convenient for our busy, ‘always on’ and increasingly health conscious lifestyles, and they really do taste great,” said Kate Lucas, KIND managing director UK.
