Vegan vitamin brand expands retail footprint after securing new listing in Morrisons

UK based Nutrigums, a plant-based vitamin brand that has developed an essential gummy series free-from artificial colourings and flavourings, has secured a new listing in nationwide grocery trader Morrisons.

Nutrigums all-natural and functional gummy range has been formulated using today’s most popular vitamins, minerals and botanicals. The brand’s nutrition mission is to be the go-to brand for everyday support across a wide range of wellbeing and health needs.

Committed to the belief that “everyone deserves good health” the brand is devoted to encouraging people to live happier and healthier lives through clean, fun and easy-to-take nutritionally loaded supplements that will enhance their daily diet.  

The launch is one of many for the brand which has entered several retail channels already, in partnership with its distributor The Good Food Group which is based in Nottingham. The business has successfully placed Nutrigums among a number of renowned retailers including Superdrug, Asda, Lloyds Pharmacy and many more. Consumers will now be able to purchase its range of supplements instore and online at Morrisons.

Its founders, husband and wife duo Fabian and Louise Whittingham, established the brand after experiencing their youngest son Jack – who was born complex needs and Autism – struggle with his health, which led to the family having to closely monitor his food and drink intake daily to ensure he was getting the right amount of nutrients.

“There are many factors that can impact both adults and children when not getting the right amount of varied nutrition within our everyday diet,” said Fabian.

“From developmental needs, genetics, dietary choices such as vegetarianism, and even our gender, age and hobbies – there are many reasons why we may suffer from limited nutritional intake.

“It is our goal to encourage people to make a simple switch in their everyday routine through accessible and affordable vitamins that genuinely taste great – without compromising on efficacy.”

The company has developed an array of beneficial gummies, from everyday use immune, hair and energy-boosting gummies to more in-vogue gummies containing hot topic ingredients such as Turmeric and Apple Cider Vinegar which are available in 60 day bottle formats (RRP from £9.99).

Dedicated to helping the wider community, Nutrigums continues to donate to a number of charities in and around the UK supporting both children and adults in need. These have included adult disability respite service New Horizons, SwitchUp CIC – Nottingham’s School of Boxing and Tracy’s Kitchen a homelessness food charity for the Midlands.
