Whatever It Takes Fitness, Molton Brown, Nespresso and The Body Shop sign as new tenants at One New Change

Landsec has signed four new brands to take space at One New Change (EC4M). The one-of-a-kind training facility, Whatever It Takes Fitness, coffee specialist retailer Nespresso, along with beauty favourites Molton Brown and The Body Shop, are all set to open new outposts in the city’s shopping and lifestyle destination.

Hailing from the streets of Shoreditch, training-wear boutique Whatever It Takes will open its newest lifestyle concept at One New Change. Whatever It Takes Fitness will bring those in the City a one of a kind training facility that gives people quality coaching in premium fitness facilities. The space will house the new concept combined with the brand’s unique blend of high tech workout gear from classic favourites like Nike, Adidas and Reebok, as well as new and exciting niche brands sourced from at home and abroad.

A new Nespresso space will invite people to experience espressos, cappuccinos and lungos from the world leader in coffee machines, coffee capsules and coffee accessories. A perfect addition to One New Change’s shopping options in time for Christmas.

The Body Shop will also open at One New Change, where it will invite people to explore a very special edit of over 900 skincare, make-up, haircare and body products – inspired by nature and ethically made by The Body Shop.

Molton Brown has built a solid reputation for expertly blending exotic ingredients with exceptional care, skill and experience as London’s bath, beauty and home fragrance connoisseurs and will also proudly be opening its doors at One New Change this autumn.

Hermione Mackrill, portfolio director at Landsec, said: “These four additions to One New Change represent Landsec’s focus on getting the right mix of brands to meet the needs of our customers. One New Change delivers the City with a great mix of retail, food and drink experiences, and these new names add to that line-up. In the last 18 months, Grab Thai and Protein Haus have joined the tempting line up of restaurants, with Sweaty Betty and Hackett cementing One New Change as the fashion quarter for the City.”

One New Change is open seven days a week with over 60 stores including restaurants, fashion, beauty & accessories. It’s the perfect location to shop, dine and socialise with friends in the City. Alongside high street names such as Topshop, Reiss, Hugo Boss and LK Bennett, One New Change offers weekly (Friday) food markets featuring over 20 independent market traders, selling a wide range of gourmet food and beautiful arts & crafts. One New Change also offers breathtaking views of St Paul’s from its sixth floor terrace where Madison Restaurant offers delicious tapas and a wide range of cocktails from 10am till late.
