Whitstable High Street optician, John High, has a brand new look after extensive refurbishment, with the official opening taking place on Friday 24 July 2015. The leading opticians, with sister branches in Faversham, Sittingbourne and Rainham, can now offer Whitstable clients a much wider range of stylish eyewear and designer brands, along with the established high quality eye care John High is known for.

Yvonne Gabriel, branch manager at John High Whitstable, said: “We are delighted with the new look store, which is much more welcoming and airy than before, and all our staff are excited about the prospect of seeing our clients back in their home branch after the refurbishment work. We’ve been in Whitstable High Street since the 1980s and so many of our clients have grown up alongside us – and being able to offer them top quality eye care and a stylish choice of frames and lenses is what we’re all about.”

John High is the only outlet in Whitstable to offer frames hot off the catwalks in Paris and Milan and to celebrate its recent revamp, the branch is offering a 20% discount on all frames, including sunglasses. The offer is also available at the other local branches which hold ranges from luxurious boutique designers including Mykita, Face à Face, Orgreen Optics and Zoobug, the specialist children’s frame and sunglass supplier.

John High Whitstable is also launching a free optical style advice service from trained style consultants. During the session, a specialist style consultant will assess the client’s face shape, hair colour and lifestyle and advise on the best optical solutions combined with frame, lens and fashion recommendations.
