Yours Clothing, the UK’s fastest growing plus-size fashion retailer, is pleased to announce it has purchased a new 142,000sq ft UK headquarters in Peterborough.
Yours Clothing employs more than 1,100 staff and, as one of the largest employers in Peterborough, this investment is part of Yours Clothing’s ongoing commitment to improving its infrastructure and ensuring a strong platform to deliver its ambitious long-term growth plans for the business.
The new headquarters, which are located at Newcombe House, Bakewell Road, Orton Southgate will continue to house a photography studio, its customers services department as well as Yours’ distribution center all under one roof. Yours Clothing are relocating from their present smaller 85,000 sq.ft. premises, also located nearby in Orton Southgate.
News of the new HQ follows a successful year for Yours Clothing, which operates more than 135 stores across the UK. They reported strong growth figures for their last financial year, with a 22 per cent rise in revenues to £88.3 million for 12 months to January 2018 (compared to £72.1 million in the previous year). In addition, the company has launched eight country specific websites and in June 2018, the company’s menswear brand, BadRhino opened its first two standalone UK stores which have been well received.

City law firm, Druces LLP, advised Yours Clothing on the acquisition and lease of these new premises; the team was led by Property Partners Karen Chapman and Nicholas Brent.

The company expect to move into the new premises before the end of the year.
